Nice recipe!
I am a frequent visitor to Thai-blogs over last 6 months and I found the information available here are very much useful for my small budget trips around Thailand during the weekends.
I m living in Thailand for nearly 3 years. I always love to see new places & people, and try different food given that they are pure vegetarian. Even though I wanted to try Thai food, I find it really difficult to explain my pure vegetarian requirement to Thais. Saying "Jhe" does not help most of the times, as they still use oyster sauce, dried shrimp, etc. My latest failure was when I bought a green curry paste to try it myself, and found it full of fish smell.
Is there any way to find pure vegetarian food or ingredients (like curry paste) in Thailand?
Thanks in advance.
