Hooray! A dish that does not have chili! . Richard, maybe you could gather up some more chili-free recipes and maybe publish them under the title of "Thai food without tears"?

When I eat this dish I always add "phrik numsom" (slided chilli in vinegar) and "phrik pon" (ground roasted dried chilli).

I'm so thrilled about the recipes! we lived in Bangkok for 8 years and miss the real Thai food now that we are back in the USA. WOuld love to see some preow wan recipes and nua nam man hoy. Keep them coming!
