Kai Tun used to be my signature "Thai food" dish my first few years here. I'd stir fry the meat and mix it in with the eggs with chicken broth. Then I stick the bowl in the microwave for like a minute. At the time, I also had a jar of crispy fried garlic in oil to top this off with.

can i get khoa soi anywhere in chiang mai city center? ill be there sept and khao soi is a favorite eversince i tasted my friends' mum's cooking, they are burmese. but they are in canada now :{
