Watching closely on BBC online...until my company's admin told me to turn it off because I was hogging the bandwidth. I shouldn't have warned him I was goign to that!

See if America's having a coup and you're going to tell them not to stream the news. Arrrrgh!

(BTW - What a day to have a coup. It's the International Talk Like a Pirate Day after all... Ahoy!)

Today would be the saddest day in Thai history. Thai people's cherish love for democracy is coming to an end.

I pray that Phra Siam Thewathirat and His Majesty would come to the rescue of the Thai People and its nation.

Nah. We'll get it back. We always do.

It's almost like the way Nature took over and clean out her eco system. It doesn't look pretty, but usually everything recovers just fine.

Then again, there are times when things don't go as well and we'd have disaster on hand.

It all depends. But I hope for the best! We haven't done too bad the past few coup.

At least I can say this, no more Spongebob Squarehead!

Webmasters in Thailand have been asked to monitor closely their public forums and to delete any comments that are too political or say bad things about the regime. More information can be found on our forums.

Its so sad that in 2006-2007 this could happen in a developing country. I dont belive the powers that be let this happen and organized it. It seems and appears Thailand went back more than 50yrs with this incident. Its so sad to see this happen in a developing country that has come such a long way economically and technogically. I hope this is the last of many coups and the Thai people especially its government can learn from this and what it real means to be a democractic government.
