Nice Blog Tom. I have been to Tat Phanom about 6 times in the past 13 years but never during any of its festivals. I really enjoyed the photos that you included in your blog.

I must confess that at times I have had problems understanding the signifigance of Tat Phanom. But at the same time any time we visit the Mekong I am drawn to it. Why I don't know, but thats the magic of Thailand
