A natural born lefty, my instinct tells me to use my left hand first. So when it comes to the lessons in manners in school, I kept getting into trouble for using my left hand in giving and receiving items.

Never did well with the whole manners lessons back home. My teachers were sort of puzzled at me for being a dancer and yet I was--actually still am--as graceful as a colt in a china shop when it comes to "wai" and other lady-like manners. Heh.

Ok, no fair! I have a nasty, nasty cold and sore throat so bad I can barely even talk (I've picked up the nick name 'squeaky' here at work :-/) so no fair making laugh 'cuz it hurts! :-P

Other than that great blog!

Me too, Oakmonster.
During my visits to the Kingdom, various Thais have told me that to be left handed in Thailand is considered to be very intelligent -is this true? - or just flattery? Anyone know?

Well Khun Don, the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body and the left side of the brain contro;s the right side of the body; therefore lefthanded people are the only ones in their right minds! :-)

Hold on that thought, Khun Don. I'll write about it next.

I started to write you an answer and it turns into a blog entry. LOL.
